We are a small family run brand but oddly enough people reach out trying to return their BARE NECESSITIES items – here is where you can find their website: www.barenecessities.com
If you are not satisfied, you may return the unused portion within 30 days for a full refund. There are no refunds offered after 30 days. If you wish to return your item please notify us via our customer service email RIGHT AWAY! [email protected]
Once you have emailed us please ship the items to the address we email you. Include a note explaining the reason for the return.
Shipping and handling costs are never refundable. Refunds will be to the customer’s original form of payment in its entirety!
If it is WITHIN 24 hours of your order you may email us [email protected] to discuss possible adjustments – nothing is guaranteed!
If your order is damaged upon delivery we need you to notify us within 24 hours of the mail carrier’s timestamp of delivery, we also require an image of the damage WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY. Once we receive your images we will send a replacement product RIGHT AWAY!
